Project Progress Reviews

Change is constant.  The definition of project success can, and probably will change throughout the project.  The same is true for obstacles.

As the project proceeds through phases and iterations new obstacles will surface and other obstacles will no longer be a concern.  Stakeholder engagement in Progress Loops help navigate shifting sands to deliver a more agile project.

The progress check enables project stakeholders to share their perceptions on the headway being made as an extended team against the definition of success (& benefits) and mitigating obstacles.  This progress review provides the opportunity to assess, identify gaps and resolve them before they impact project success.
